Steven Shapiro
Steve Shapiro is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer at New Vernon Wealth Management (formerly SF Investment Advisors). During his 23 years with the firm, he has focused on security analysis across a wide variety of asset classes and industries, and the management of portfolios for both individuals and institutions. Steve is a member of the Investment Committee, and the co-chair of the Strategic Planning Committee at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., a publicly traded property/casualty insurance company. Prior to joining SF in 1991, he worked as a financial consultant at Arthur, Andersen & Co. Steve received a M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Emory University.
